Terms of Service

What Mosspip is: A registry platform connecting families with class businesses. We are not the class provider.

Fees: 5% platform fee plus Stripe processing, added on top of the contribution amount.

Refunds: Class refunds are handled directly between the family and the business. Mosspip refunds its platform fee on successful fraud disputes.

Accounts: Must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Business listings: Seeded from public information. Mosspip does not endorse or vet businesses.

Disclaimer: Mosspip is provided as is. Liability capped at platform fees earned in prior 12 months or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

Governing law: Texas. Disputes resolved in Collin County.
